Teacher Created Resources Daily Warm-Ups: Social-Emotional Reflections (Gr. 5)

These books are designed to give teachers insight into their students’ emotional states, as well as teach students how to work with and understand the emotions they feel every day. There are 170 warm-ups in each book, and the first 16 units focus on 16 different emotions. Students are encouraged to identify the emotion in themselves and others, and learn a variety of coping tips and strategies. The final unit focuses on how multiple emotions work together. The Daily Warm-Ups format allows for easy integration into the school day. The included writing and drawing activities allow for creativity and self-expression!
