Santa Boot Tops No Cuff

Simple Boot Tops made of medium weight fabric backed Vinyl will cover your ankles and give the appearance of boots to any black shoe. Covers from the low ankle to mid calf. Gives you something to tuck your Santa Pants into! Unadorned for those who don't care for the fur cuff addition, but bound with black Polyester binding around the bottom edge. Black elastic strap fits under the shoe to keep the boot tops in place. Measures approximately 16 inches tall x 8 1/2 inches wide.
